In Thailand, it is better to plan in advance, the earlier you book tickets, the cheaper. With hotels it’s a different story, our winter is their high season, I booked last year in October for January of this year, in hotels where the price / quality ratio is good, half of the rooms are already booked, naturally people quickly scoop out the best at a good price.
