I would not recommend visiting India this year in autumn and winter. There has just been a massive flood. The country is not very clean anyway, and now, accordingly, a bunch of garbage and waste has been washed into the sea. In warm water, all the muck feels very comfortable. As for Vietnam and Thailand, it directly depends on how you are used to spending your vacation. Both countries are quite suitable for holidays. October is still lucky.
