If you are through an agency, they will do it for you. At passport control, a madhouse of course, there are a lot of people. Ukrainians, keep in mind that you need a photo for a visa on arrival! And to make it at the airport you need 200 baht (180 UAH) only in cash and only in baht. To make it easier, take a 3x4 photo as a passport with you! There are no ATMs before passing through immigration control! Only exchangers.
