The same situation! in the voucher - CLUB ROOM, but there is a club ON THE TERRITORY of the hotel, but there is OUTSIDE the TERRITORY, this is the same hotel, the same category of rooms, only behind the fence! They refuse to relocate, they say that there are no rooms. but the Germans are settled. We were nervous at the reception desk (which supposedly understands only German) until 19:00, although we arrived in the afternoon (and we arrived in the morning - we drove from the airport for 3.5 hours !!!), as a result, we were settled in the main building, which is far from the sea, but at least in the hotel.
But still, the mood was very spoiled, half a day was spent on disassembly. If they built a building outside the hotel, then let them allocate it to a separate category and for other money, let them move the fence and improve the territory!
