I’ll add from my own experience of a ten-time vacation in Turkey exactly those Birthdays (My grandmother and granddaughter from the age of one). Except for a bottle of wine or champagne and a minimum set of fruits - NOTHING !!! Sorry, once in a restaurant our table was strewn with flower petals - this is nice. Therefore, we planned and implemented our holidays ourselves. Gifts (purchased in advance), balloons, bows, already local flowers in the morning ... then your fantasy. Have a good time!
