I just "got screwed" to the fullest, having bought a tour to the Hedef Beach Resort 5 * hotel on March 9 (the departure was planned on May 22) Closer to the start of the vacation, doubts began to torment me, and as it turned out, not in vain !!! By asking on this site a question about the opening of the hotel. I was horrified by the responses I received! The hotel was rebooked a week before departure, respectively, having paid a considerable amount for another! Then, in a personal message, the same "unfortunate people" wrote to me that they were driving past to another hotel, so in "ours" construction is in full swing and there are not even windows !!! However, even the Teza central office has still not given me an official explanation on this matter and continues to sell tours to this "ghost hotel"! It seems so! The same situation was with the Aperion Beach 4 * hotel in Side, which opened only on June 10! But there tourists even won, because they were accommodated in hotels of higher star rating. Today, my thesis sent me a mocking answer by e-mail, in which "I was very glad that you really liked your stay in the Amara Club Marine" :))) And the fact that I decently paid extra for it, and even ripped off me a fine for rebooking the tour - nobody cares! Here's what else they wrote to me: "If, due to unforeseen circumstances or for objective reasons, the construction cannot be completed by the planned date of delivery, the hotel administration notifies the partners with an official letter about the postponement of the opening date, on the basis of which operators change offers for sale, for already confirmed applications select alternative accommodation options or cancel them". Just a mockery! Who told us that the hotel is unfinished??? They knew in advance that they would put us in old Hedef, but I didn’t want to spoil my vacation! I think that if no new information about the opening of the hotel appeared on this thread, then it is still being built with might and main :))

We changed direction a long time ago: we changed "bald" Alanya with a long journey, muddy sea and eternal waves to the amazingly beautiful Kemer with crystal clear sea, lush vegetation and mountains, on which clouds and clouds sleep so comfortably! The choice of wonderful hotels there is not for every wallet! This year I decided to "change" Kemer for the sake of experience with a new hotel, and what happened??? Therefore, I no longer experiment: Kemer and Marmaris!

I read a lot last year, then I was afraid to fly at all, but everything is not so bad. Meals for 4, the rest is also 4. But the animation is super, I rested in other hotels, but animation is best here, covers other minor flaws. The rooms are more or less, so don’t worry too much, but enjoy your vacation. ((don’t get a tattoo for children, it’s dangerous, the hotel offers it. We made it to our son, there was a severe allergy, it took a long time to treat. Just for information). I wish you a good rest.

No way!!!were in hedef resort&spa from 15 to 21 June 2012 and with us from the airport the crests went to this beach&spa by bus ... In the morning they were already settled in our hotel)))) .... Although our hotel was full of shit and the sea is the same

I do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. We "rested" there from 15 to 22! Tin! Full hotel 99% people of Turkish nationality. We were 12 Russians! There are few of us, but we are in vests))) All rooms are leaking, dirt is everywhere, and instead of an apology or any other actions in response, there was only rudeness!!! On the 3rd day, with a scandal, we were moved to another room. For a week, the room was never cleaned, although they came in regularly to pick up a tip)))) Ha! And the tes tour is also good, hotel guides like trying to explain something to us, and asked to get in position!!!! In whose? And no one explained why we should do it! Was in Turkey for the first time, never go there again! Terrible impressions!

I came there to relax with a friend and her 2 children, because last year I was in Turkey, also in Alanya, last year's opinion remained normal, it's a very good holiday for children, but not this time !! I bought into the fact that the hotel is brand new, there will be new furniture, not broken, etc., the opening was supposed to be on May 25, but I could not even think that its novelty would be the main disadvantage of the hotel !! The opening of the hotel happened only on July 1! Firstly, the feeling of the unfinished hotel , dust everywhere, you can see the imperfections, secondly, the Turks themselves like to relax in new hotels, 95% of the vacationers were Turks, respectively, the animation was designed for them, i.e. Turkish music day and night, competitions are also all in Turkish, one Turkish speech, it’s interesting for the first 3 days, then it gets really annoying, thirdly it’s cleaning, it simply wasn’t there, in general, they cleaned it only once on the 2nd day of arrival and God only knows how much we argued with the receptionist.
