The sea is always warm, in any region. Waves and winds are less in Kemer. The sun is still quite active everywhere. Every year we have a rest in September-October (more often in the first half of October). Even if there are rains, they do not violate the general picture of the rest. The sea is excellent and there is no sweltering heat. For me, this is the perfect time for a beach holiday. And yes, sunscreen is a must, especially if you have fair skin.
