I totally agree with ollennka. Antalya is better by public transport. If you take a car - then with good insurance, without a franchise and to cover windows and lights. The hotel is always more expensive. Keep in mind that petrol is expensive.

To see the life of 1-5 days is not enough, you need to rent an apartment for the summer. Then feel for yourself the whole Turkish life. You will meet local Russian-speaking Miskhetians and Gypsies, etc. You will find out what a bazaar is and where cheap clothes are, where you can have a tasty and inexpensive meal.
