We arrived early in the morning, settled as it should be at 14, but they treated us very kindly, the suitcases were in the storage room. Went to get acquainted with the most worthy territory. One nuance: almost immediately we were stopped by the watchman: "Where are the bracelets? Leave the territory." We returned to the reception, put on the bracelets without any problems and went on for a walk, like hotel guests. It seemed to us not offensive, but on the contrary - concern for our safety. We arrived at 8.30, could have checked in at 9.00, but they offered a villa with a view of the water park, with a tiny room, I didn’t even see this in the photo! They started to refuse, of course the staff didn’t like it, they offered us two rooms in the main building (for 3 families with children), I didn’t understand what the joke was - after all, the rooms there are much more expensive than accommodation in villas, this option didn’t suit us either , I still wanted to live separately from my friends, especially for 18 days! We were told that we would wait until we were given the rooms in the villa that we saw on the Internet. In general, from 9.00 to 14.00 we 3 adults and 6 children hung out in the lobby, but it was worth it, after all, the staff gave up and were placed where they wanted. So do not immediately agree to the first proposed placement, insist on your own. And of course, smile despite the rudeness. Utopia SUPER, this year we gathered there again)))
