There are two tables - on one the food is bad but healthy, and on the second - good, but harmful. :)) Dear TS, what can I answer your question ??? In fact, all food is unhealthy.
аватар sandra-art
ahahahaha. if chips are considered junk food, then there is none)))
food is like food. fruits, vegetables, side dishes, sweets, fish, meat. which of the above is useful for you, and which is not, it's up to you to decide)
аватар alex45
Useful or not, determine it according to your mood! But in Turkey it’s hard not to overeat!
аватар Elenka08
healthy food is more likely to be in sanatoriums
аватар mel0510
It would be better to ask if this hotel is good or bad. (The 2nd option is correct in my opinion)
аватар alex45
There are no sanatoriums in Turkey, but in the CIS now about healthy food in a sanatorium, in my opinion, is nonsense! Maybe only in government :)))
аватар Pachok
There are sanatoriums in Turkey!!! :)
My opinion is that you can always find healthy food in a Turkish hotel. Tomatoes with cucumbers, yogurt, ayran, fruits, poultry are always and everywhere. No one forces you to stuff yourself with buns and mayonnaise. The better the hotel, the better the choice, of course.
аватар Lyudmila-s-p1
Pruchay! We did not rest in this hotel and judging by the reviews, I would not take a ticket there. But, if you have a healthy stomach and there are no problems with the digestive organs, then in Turkey the food will suit you (as in any other country). In any hotel in Turkey, the menu has dairy dishes and many fresh vegetables and vegetable salads, as well as soups. But ALL meat dishes in Turkey are very spicy with a lot of pepper - this is the peculiarity of Turkish cuisine. I have stomach problems and therefore even in good buffet hotels I feel sick after meat dishes. But a healthy person should like Turkish cuisine. You were rightly advised: choose a good hotel, the better the hotel, the better the food. And there are a lot of reviews about this hotel, read everything and draw your own conclusions. If you asked this question, then you are either on a diet, or you have stomach problems, or you are going to travel with children.. I am very picky and fastidious in food, so I even bring our domestic chocolate with me to Turkey, I eat it myself and treat the maids. But this is my whim and I will ask fans to be ironic not to start a discussion about this. I just don't like Turkish chocolate. Good luck to you!
аватар TINAEkb
Lyudmila-s-p1. You just haven’t tried good Turkish chocolate. I am always surprised by people who bring Alenka plasticine chocolate with them (this is not about you, I don’t know what kind of chocolate you like). I always bring chocolate from Turkey, it's just a delight of taste.
аватар Lyudmila-s-p1
It is quite possible that there is good chocolate in Turkey, but we did not come across this in stores. And in hotels they generally give some sweet bars instead of chocolate. And spending time on vacation looking for chocolate would be stupid, it’s easier for me personally to bring it with me. My husband is fond of diving and therefore we do not run around shopping in Turkey and do not go on any shopping excursions. Although we saw a lot of vacationers who only go to shopping centers. By the way, the maids are much more happy with a bar of good chocolate than with a dollar. In general, I love Turkey for its service and ability to please vacationers: "Any whim for your money."
аватар sandra-art
TINAEkb can you name the chocolate? interesting to try, somehow I didn’t notice their “domestic” chocolate in Turkey
I can still support Lyudmila - I generally take our chocolate everywhere abroad. and 10 tiles each, if I'm going for 3 months, let's say. and all who come to me abroad, I ask you to bring chocolate. and for gifts I take our chocolates. in Asia, chocolate tastes like soap.
tastier than our chocolate ate only Toblerone. well, and Patches, but 150 UAH per 100 grams (price in Asia) is that match.
аватар TINAEkb
Lyudmila-s-p1, you still pass by supermarkets. "By the way, the maids are much more happy with a bar of good chocolate than with a dollar." Did they tell you about it themselves? :))
аватар Lesia_
hello, if for the sake of healthy food, then you don’t need to go to this hotel, definitely. Choose another hotel.
аватар Elenka08
I meant sanatoriums not in Turkey, although I thought that they were not there. But they write that they are. But in principle, a person asking such a question either does not know the cuisine at all, in Turkish hotels, or really has stomach problems.

pruchay
It is harmful to live, they die from it.
Stupid question.

People! Why are you so angry? I think the "Question and Answer" column was created to help people who are traveling for the first time to some foreign country or city where they have never been. Unfortunately, not everyone knows how to get information from the Internet. But why insult and humiliate people for this? In your opinion, all people who ask questions are fools, only you are smart. Do you not admit the thought that someone is going to Turkey or another country for the first time? Do you assert yourself this way? Or is there nowhere else to pour out your anger? And now about chocolate, I also take 10 bars with me (for myself and for the maids), but I DO NOT FORCE ANYONE to do this. Some people eat chocolate and go diving on vacation, while others drink strong drinks and go to shopping centers. But it's everyone's personal choice.. And we don’t go past supermarkets in Turkey, we don’t have to go anywhere while relaxing on the All Inclusive system, and for diving and excursions we are taken by a minibus right from the hotel porch. As for the reaction of the maids to chocolate, this can be seen from their reaction and gratitude. By the way, a chocolate bar in Turkey costs more than one dollar. And giving a woman chocolate as a thank you is more pleasant for me than throwing a dollar on the bed.
аватар TINAEkb
Lyudmila-s-p1, why are you so worried? No one blames you, well, don’t go anywhere and don’t. We all understood: the husband is fond of diving, the wife eats chocolate, and we, stupid, drink strong drinks and go to supermarkets. Just don’t shout like that, please.
аватар Pachok
And we in different countries (except Europe) treat us with chocolate and leave some money for cleaning. Their salaries are small, tips are a serious help. And you can’t pay the fare with a chocolate bar and you can’t cook her family for dinner. I agree that our chocolate is better than Asian, but it cannot be compared with the same Ritter sport. Myths about the "best" of our chocolate over bourgeois - such myths :)))
аватар travelsita
The main principle of nutrition in Turkey is that all junk food must be washed down with healthy alcohol.
And if the TC does not trust Turkish all-inclusive catering, then you can take a tour without meals and eat in expensive restaurants with appropriate service.
аватар Lyudmila-s-p1
Pachok! Our salaries are also small, but we live on them and still manage to go on vacation. And no one gives us a tip. We live on a salary. Even that pension was taken away, I am 55 years old, and after the pension reform, women in our country no longer retire at 55. Apparently, we are people of different states. And let's stop this argument about chocolate.
аватар alex45
And why from different states, both from Ukraine, we have not yet been completely divided! Here is a vehicle from another state, and the question is normal - "About healthy and healthy food", and the answer is normal - in different hotels - in different ways, the higher the classiness of the hotel, the better the food, this is clear to any tourist.
I think I chose a hotel, read reviews and then you run, buy a ticket with meals or only with breakfast, and fly to meet the sea !!!!
And for tips, among Americans they are even legalized in%, tips are gratitude for the service. Lyudmila, and who is to blame that they don’t give you tips for your services. By the way, they don’t affect your pension.
аватар TINAEkb
For sandra-art. Look in my profile for a photo of chocolate from the ETI factory, there are several types, the price is from 2 to 2.5 liras. Also from the same factory, square-shaped chocolate with different fillings, the most delicious black orange stuffed with almonds. It is more expensive, about 3 lira, but it's worth it. Now I only bring chocolate to hotels from Turkey, no one else wants Turkish delight :)) And I only bring American and European rubles to Turkey, the maids never said: Don't need money, better give me a chocolate bar: )
аватар Pachok
Lyudmila-s-p1
I don't care about other people's salaries. You wrote how you do it, I wrote how we do it. What do you not like? I don't force anyone to tip, but I always tip myself, except for egregious cases of poor service.
Z.Y. Try to somehow give the waiter instead of a tip lollipop? :))....

We have been going to Turkey for many years, I can say with confidence that if we compare the quality of Turkish products and ours, then ours, alas, lose.
аватар bileg
I will add that my husband has a peptic ulcer, but in Turkey, due to the quality of the products, he does without pills! And we go recently only in "treshki"!!! And vegetables and meat and chicken and fish are all right. It is not the quality of cooking that depends on the star rating of the hotel, but the assortment. Be afraid for the stomach, do not take salads with unknown dressings, sour pasta sauces and everything will be OK.
аватар alex45
I will add, nevertheless, from the quality of the hotel, too, but rather from the quality of the chef in the hotel.
аватар bileg
Alex45, I agree with you. Once I had to stay in a wretched 4-ke (they took a last-minute tour), and so there was no choice (2 side dishes, soup, one main meat and so something from soy) But as the cook cooked, yummy, like homemade food. The boss himself always went out into the hall - it's not a shame to look into the eyes for such work.
