July 2023 had to be in this hotel. It does not really attract 5 stars. The room was cleaned only superficially. I asked twice to bring clothes hangers, which we never received. They didn't take out the trash. Towels were changed only 2 times in 7 days. I had to beg for toilet paper after catching the maid in the corridor, because no one was in a hurry to bring it when I asked the reception. In the restaurant, only the table tops were cleaned, all the backs of the chairs and seats were felt with calloused fingers. The food is delicious, there is really a lot of it. But there was always a problem where to sit down to eat, because the restaurant staff does not regulate the flow of guests and does not help to find a free table, but only stands and watches. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.
