I contacted the agency. Confirmed with an official letter that the hotel will NOT open on 15.05. (we fly 19.05). Two options - either HEDEF RESORT & SPA or a refund. But now it is unrealistic to buy a ticket with this money (they paid for it back in March).

The difference we have is much greater than in Ukraine, the tour came on March 9, for $ 1200 for 9 nights. There is nothing decent less than 1900-2000 dollars!!! Never contacted new hotels, what pushed me this time??? It is clear that I fell for the price :))) I don’t like Far East and Alanya ... Tez is now putting up good specialists for May 16-17, see if you can pick something up. And I have a flight on May 22, so far there is nothing burning ... We got 100% refund. Look at the prices of GRAND YAZICI MARES 5* in Marmaris. We rebooked for the same date, it turned out to be 120 dollars cheaper. For 11 nights from Moscow on May 16 1128 (+80 fuel) or MARMARIS RESORT 5* 1042 (+80) USD. from Pegasus. There's true AL, but as an option.
