We took a tour to the same hotel, we fly out in a day. The hotel is really renamed, it used to be called "smartline Sand & City Hotel". There are really no photos with tourists, we assume that due to the fact that earlier this hotel was not open at all for Russian tourists. Let's be pioneers so to speak. Now we are in it. It is not surprising that there is little information about him, he does not even pull 2 stars. The hotel is stuck between restaurants and shops, the noise is wild around the clock, there is no beach, there is a public one across the road, for sunbeds $ 5, for just lying on the sand $ 2! All inclusive is there, but the food is worse than in prison, probably, the meat is not edible, sausages and sausage (one kind) cannot be eaten. The buffet is monotonous, what was not eaten for breakfast will be disguised and given for lunch, and so on, the rooms are not at all the same as on the hotel website, tiny, all the jambs cannot be listed, just different jambs in different rooms. In general, run away from the hotel!!! There are 3 star hotels in Turkey, but definitely not this one. In Turkey, this is not the first time things have happened, but never so bad. The staff does not speak Russian, they lie. Money is pumped out only in this way, for the same beach, for drinks (like all inclusive), for everything. The horror is simple, on the second day all the friendliness of the staff evaporated! I would not recommend this horrible "hotel" to anyone! Everything about it is terrible. 1. The air conditioner blows hot air, it is impossible to be in the room, especially at first, when you are not used to the heat! 2. Hot water is available only at lunchtime. 3. Everything looks beautiful on the photos of the site, but in reality everything is old, scary, shabby. There is only one information on the site, in reality, all this is not so. 4. The food is tasty, but monotonous. Sour dishes are often put out and they stand for several days. 5. From the staff I am in complete shock! I have never met such arrogant people. They act like I'm in their house and live for free. There was a case when the receptionist opened the room with his key and went into the room for my voucher without even knocking, I wonder if I was not there, he would start looking for things or something. Later, when we bought cherries and were sitting near the hotel, he came up, climbed into our bag and took a handful of cherries just laughing. They behave very arrogantly and frivolously! Staff must be staff! 6. If you arrive in the morning or at night, they check you in after 12.00 noon, if you leave during the day, you will be forced to leave before 12 noon, or you pay.
