How to take flights to Bodrum on your own, without buying a tour?

There are counters at the airport, try to contact them. There were also tickets at the box office , even for a charter, but in three to five days, for almost any date. And it’s closer for you to fly to Dalaman. Antalya is a completely different region, and Ankara is even more so, and it will be expensive, it’s better to rent a villa in Belek and fly to Antalya , there are much more charters flying there than on the Aegean coast.
