This location is better ... near Taksim ... Galata bridge (just a cruise port there, i.e. you can go for walks along the Bosphorus) .. tram stop next to the hotel - 3 or 4 stops and you are in the old city - no need to use other modes of transport ... this one is 100% better ... but it is most likely located in a mountainous area, I just walked in that area on foot ... so if you don’t mind a little straining uphill to the hotel, then definitely this one. Taksim Street 1.4 km - all in restaurants, cafes and shops, at night - clubs ... Galata Bridge is all in fish restaurants - great views ... and you can walk until late without worrying how to get there. Metro at the beginning and end of Taksim street. Great choice. It's very easy from the airport. Take the metro, there is an exit at the airport. Drive to the final Aksaray. Get off there and change to the Zeytinburnu tram station (this is also the final one) and go to Torhane - your station. Everything is very simple.
