You can get from Ataturk Airport to Kadikoy by bus, here is the link: http://www.istanbulindetail.com/ataturk_airport_kadikoy.aspx. If by ferry, it is best to take the tram to the station. Karakoy, and then on the Karakoy-Kadikoy ferry. The fare on each transport will cost 3 lira.
