She is puzzled by this question. rummaged through the Internet - with many I wrote off. 1001 nights of Vietnam and Ivanko are highly praised. they have licenses. 1001 nights even sent a tour plan and cost. But the problem is that they do not have a schedule of excursions - as the group gathers - so they go it is difficult to plan their vacation.

If it's not difficult, please send. tour plan and cost. Interesting to compare :)

definitely 1001 nights of Vietnam: several offices in Mui Ne + own shopping center (of the same name) - the prices are really the cheapest. The most super-interesting 2-day tour: Nha Trang + Dalat, the most vivid impressions (ask for a guide named TON - a Vietnamese, speaks Russian well and very interestingly, brought coffee and tea to the store in Dalat in the most inexpensive, went with him also individually for fishing on the lakes = everything is just super!!!). You can immediately come to the 1001 nights shopping center, they will give you coffee and tea, give you a taste of tincture, buy from them: coffee, tea from Dalat, bathrobes, pearls, medicinal ointments, talk to the head of the agency - we ordered many excursions at once, received a discount and 2 excursions were generally individual at the price of a group!

In Mui Ne opposite the Thien Dat hotel, opposite the Focus Travel tour operator (it is very noticeable from afar), and the 1001 Nights shopping center is opposite the CHAMVILLAS hotel. 53A NGUYEN DINH CHIEU - HAM TIEN - PHANTHIEN I can give tel. local - write in a personal

about the SPA - we tried it only in our hotel (Golden coast 4 * - far from Mui Ne, at the beginning of Phan Thiet ... and restaurants - in Mui Ne every 10-50 meters, walk to Bo-ke is very inexpensive and tasty, everything is fresh ( lobster from 300 t.dongs per 1 kg, do not eat at a time, wrapped with you .... incomparable scallops: only 35 t.dongs, eel, frog 70 each, rice with seafood 40, tiger prawns 4 pcs huge for 70 -100, any fish from 70 per piece - large) - a cheaper cafe in the middle in Boke, such as BonBON.

but on BoK people often get stomach upset! They don't care about cleanliness...

depending on which cafe? ... we, and everyone who was from other hotels in Mui Ne, united in a friendly conversation on a super tour of Nha Trang-Dalat ... did not find this! Everything is safe for the stomach and delicious! look for where lobsters are for 300 t.dong, (the cheapest price and NO ONE was upset for sure)! Checked

You just got lucky, the opposite has also been tested and proven repeatedly! You have personal experience, I have statistics.
аватар lydiava
yes, lobsters have risen in price and for 300 it is gone.

And we liked to ride with Ivanko-tour. They made a schedule of excursions for us and never let us down, they have several offices in Mui Ne, their own shop and cafe, where we ate awesome cottage cheese and okroshka on homemade kvass with rye bread, in addition to other sweets familiar to the Russian stomach, they also have dishes with seafood in the Vietnamese style, we liked the mute with shrimp.

With orient pl. by cost? Where did you go? What did you like more? Did you schedule your tours ahead of time?

Good afternoon! I fully support the comment and want to tell our story of adventures with "1001 Nights of Vietnam".
We are traveling around Asia not for the first time, but since we always have very little time (due to professional employment), we prefer to choose the places we want to visit in the country and trust the travel agency on the spot. We always read reviews before going anywhere, but oddly enough, we found only positive ones about "1001", so we decided to travel with them. Upon arrival, on the same day, we found their nearest office, a woman with a detached look was sitting in it. We took their prospectus and agreed that we would come the next day to order everything. Came, booked 4 excursions for 5 days. One of them was a composite "Nha Trang - 2 days Dalat", we had to join three different groups in it. We immediately said that long journeys don’t scare us at all, in this regard we are “worn rolls”, but the representative of the travel agency constantly tried to dissuade us from some kind of excursion ... somehow strange, it usually happens the other way around. They left an advance payment of $ 100, it remained to pay 400. The amount, I think, is normal in order to keep tourists.
The first excursion "Ruche"

Fei, dunes, lotus lake, Mui Ne "were supposed to pick up at 14:00, they took it at 14:30 (they couldn't find a hotel, although it was a day, the center of the resort and we called the landmark), a Vietnamese guy arrived in an UAZ, drove everywhere and delivered back on time.
The next day we had the Mekong. They took it back a little later, for the same reason. The guide is Vietnamese, who has been studying Russian since childhood, but did not speak very well because of this. We were picked up at 4:00 in the morning, usually the guides picking up at such an early hour let them sleep for three hours, but not here ... As soon as everyone was taken away, the guide began to broadcast. The first 30 minutes I could still listen, but then I just started to "cut down". I tried as best I could not to fall asleep, it was uncomfortable - a person tells me something ... Later it turned out that I was not the only one who suffered so much. First stop: we were in various Asian eateries, but here ... with two hundred screaming Chinese, a very strange-looking canteen, but invigorating))) After breakfast with rice and vegetables for an astronomical amount, we moved on. I was already awake and now I could consciously listen to the guide's narration. I was in anticipation that, as in other countries, the guide would begin to tell us about the history, traditions and culture of the country, but that was not the case. All the way we listened to the fact that
аватар mihaylova34
that Vietnam is not an agrarian, but a rapidly developing industrial country. Honestly, we were very happy for Vietnam and didn’t even try to challenge the guide’s presentation, but the conversation went in that vein, probably the phrase “I don’t believe” shone in our eyes or on our foreheads). But yes, this is half the trouble, there were a couple of young tourists from Moscow in the group, and here the guide did his best, giving comparisons and analogies of Moscow and Vietnam, even somewhere very tactlessly. Even I felt somehow offended for the guys, because they also never even hinted about what they think - that Vietnam is a "village by village". Finally, we arrived at the Mekong, rode horses (tortured ponies), watched how trees and grass grow, under clear instructions "out mango, out banana", etc. There are no complaints about the filling of the excursion. Further, at 17:00 we had to go back to Mui Ne. We stopped in Saigon, at a lacquer painting factory, the guide stubbornly tried to sell us products, but we a) did not have such an amount of money with us (since this tour was not stated in the booklet; b) yes, we, in principle, did not wanted to buy a painting.
аватар mihaylova34
And here the most interesting begins.
In the group, in addition to us and another young couple, there were two women who stayed overnight in Saigon, so that they should have the second day of excursions there, and we should have been taken to the place. At 17:30 we were dropped off at Notre Dame de Saigon and the main post office, we were glad to see such a nice bonus, unlike the aunts who paid for the second day (they should show it on the second day). Then we were taken to the square, the bus drove to parking lot (this didn’t even alert us, we decided that apparently we would now be joined by another group returning from the second day). We waited 20 minutes, after which the guide took us to the hotel to the aunts, arguing "now we will settle them and you will go." We waited there for another half an hour, the guide came out and took us to the next hotel, where he reported "now I'll go to you guys for tickets, and you'll sit here for a while, and then you can walk around Saigon for another hour before departure." We were a little surprised.
аватар mihaylova34
It turns out that we are sent back at 20:30 (instead of 17:00), and even by public transport (slipper bass) without a guide. Naturally, questions began to which the guide had one answer: "you probably didn't understand something when you bought excursions." Oh sure! We all had temporary insanity at different times in different places! The guys went to call, sort of like the director of the company, to all the complaints he said, "well, you'll go! but don't worry, it's even cool - take a ride on the local bus!", Of course, it is clear that the bus costs several times less than the spent gasoline and the work of the driver.
аватар mihaylova34
A guide came with tickets and wanted to send us for a walk. But we insisted and he took us on a sightseeing tour of Ho Chi Minh City)))) The tour consisted of the fact that we followed the guide around the block in a bunch. What does a) one guide get lost; b) another time he forgot us at the other end of the road (and you have to cross it, but the speed of transport there is unrealistic); c) constantly tried to send us dirty and tortured to shopping in boutiques. The wanderings lasted 2.5 hours, fortunately at least he brought us to dinner))) So, 20:30 and we were in the sleeper basses on the upper shelves, exotic of course, but with the growth of Europeans, the sleeping place for the Vietnamese was not impressed.
5.5 hours and hallelujah, instead of 22:00 we arrived at our hotel at 02:00.
аватар mihaylova34
The next day, realizing that ahead of us was an excursion of three days and two nights with different groups, we somehow felt uneasy. You never know, or maybe they will send us from Dalat on bicycles through the mountains at night) We called the office, where they asked to clarify the situation. The “officeman” began to groan and lament, how did it happen, this is probably a very big misunderstanding, and now she will call the boss and most likely we will be compensated for the trip. Well, well ... He calls and says that our bosses talked to you yesterday, and you didn’t mind (well, yes, 220 km from the hotel, where would you be against it), in general, if you want, take your money and amigo arivederchi !
аватар mihaylova34
I would also like to note that two women took 2 excursions from them for receiving a third free survey as a gift. Well, we think, now we’ll come, say that we’re leaving, so they will stop us and give us a review as a gift. It wasn’t there, they gave us 80% of the remaining amount (fortunately, we didn’t fully pay for everything!) And they began to say: oh, how is it, we’ll give you a discount both to our restaurant and to our pharmacy, and give you an overview! Mmmm ... it turns out that we mentally had to understand that they have a restaurant and a pharmacy, and that we have a discount there. In general, again, a not very interested woman who was unable to answer a single question (there was an impression that she did not work there at all) gave us some dollars and sent us with 400 dollars on the way to another more decent agency.

The attitude towards tourists is boorish!
This is October 2014. We bought 3 excursions. One individual in Da Lat, the other two - Cuchi Tunnels and Three Islands - group. What did we get at the exit: the individual was fine, if the guide didn’t constantly rush us and didn’t pull. Okay, Da Lat is flowers. The next excursion was to the tunnels. They took us, and another couple, they took us. When we stopped for breakfast, the guide informs us that “you are going back by local transport, since the second Mekong Delta is tomorrow”, seeing the bewilderment in our eyes, surprised: “Were you not warned?” We were shocked. When they said - take us back then, the guide phoned someone and announced that the money would not be returned to us. Amazing. And here we are, in a shitty mood, going to see these tunnels. I wonder if we were in a different situation! Surprisingly educated guide Ton tried to fix the situation as best he could! And thank you very much for this! He did everything in his power. And the bus found us more comfortable (according to the time of departure) and encouraged us in every possible way, Saigon showed. But in the evening they nevertheless put us on a bus, with lounge chairs, and for 5 hours we were shaking in it with a bunch of Vietnamese (for our own money). Arrived at the hotel no. An agency employee should have contacted and warned - not a hint. Further more fun. We had a planned excursion to the islands in the reserve, on the way the guide May happily informed us that we had changed the program, and we were going to Winpearl (we still don’t have time to get to the islands by boat and it’s boring there). And the fact that we said that we were there last year, and we DID NOT LIKE, did not bother anyone. Well, to hell with him, Winpearl, so Winpearl. I jokingly ask: “Are we back on the sleeping bus again?” Mai: “Well, yes, you were warned?!” Me: "No, Mai, we weren't warned." As a result, we were dropped off in Nha Trang at Winpearl (have fun). Of course, we rode the funicular both ways, took a couple of photos on the territory. And, thanks to "1001 Nights of Vietnam", we were forced to wander around the backyards of Nha Trang all day long. We have nowhere to stay - the hotel is not provided, then we will sit in one cafe, then in another, lie down on the beach, but, again, with you, a camera, a camera, 2 lenses, expensive phones - you can’t swim together. So we hung out there until the evening. And in the evening (at 8 !!!) we were loaded into some kind of cattle truck, which collected people in a big bus. Imagine a minibus that is overloaded; not only us, but also someone's suitcases were stuffed into the cabin. And in this shame, we cut through 15 minutes to the slip-bass. Slip bass is a reserved seat bus. 3 rows of shelves, 2 tiers each, recumbent. And a bunch of local, very noisy people. The trip was 6 hours. At 2 am we unloaded at the hotel. Upon arrival, I wrote a claim to the agency, do not believe me, they did not even answer me - they did not apologize. Thank you, 1001 nights, that you are so SHIT on tourists.
