I like Nha Trang: the sea, beaches, entertainment, excursions - just in bulk. However, December is the low season. I don't know what low season means in vietnam, because I was there in September and going there in February. North Vietnam is also off-season. Perhaps Phu Quoc is warm and beautiful beaches, but entertainment is poor.
