Just lived in 4001 :). Quiet, good ... But the first floor, of course, is not very good - a path past the veranda. Especially though no one goes, but the second floor is generally super. I did not go to Naama.

In December 2015 we rested in Sun Rise Diamond. There was a kettle in the rooms and cola and water was updated every day. And the food wasn't bad. It is clear that there is a VIP level and let's go lower. But as they say, I want to find a middle ground and just eat for dinner and drink a couple of machines. As I understand it, you need to go to this hotel completely on a ball, in order to close your eyes to everything and open it only in the sea.
