I understood the trick - you have paid an advance. theoretically, you must pay the full amount 14 days before the expected date of departure. Otherwise, your tour will be canceled and you will lose everything. this is of course bad.then yes, you have no other choice.
but simply cancel the tour so that you have a debt that you can someday use without a date limit. maybe that can be done? Join's contract states that tours can be returned without penalty in a month. it is clear that no one returns money, but at least without time limits.

Well, then it started ...... zero info for a long time, while the joins were in touch (my travel agent worked just for a break in those days and says that only for joins there was the fastest and most adequate info, but for other MOT silence and neglect). After, when the question of money arose, the very first answers were from the joins, the most adequate actions were from them, the other TOs went into a scumbag and waited .... for example, TUI only quite recently at least somehow began to decide on tours, and before that he left to quarantine and excuse .... Join has grown in my eyes. I've been so busy with theses..

I close the topic and share my experience. the money was "frozen" with the right to use until 03/31/21. I did not take risks and used the advance to pay for a tour to a decent hotel in Koblevo. Of course, I could have booked directly on my own, but this way I was able to use the advance for early booking.
Join arranged everything, gave me a voucher and insurance, informed the hotel about the anniversary (a birthday cake and ice champagne were waiting in the room). Not Italy, but in a pandemic, a completely adequate replacement an hour and a half drive from home.
