From 31 August to 25 October 2021, according to the Decree of 28 August 2021, entry into Italy is permitted to persons who have spent the previous fourteen days in one of the countries on list D (hence also Ukraine). the time of boarding and all those who have the right to exercise appropriate control over the following:
- Mandatory digital completion of a special online location application (also called Passenger Locator Form (dPLF) and the ability to display it electronically on your own device or printed in paper format before entering Italy ;;
- International COVID vaccination certificate issued after the vaccination course or a certificate issued by the competent sanitary authorities after vaccination approved by the European Medicines Agency
- a document on passing a molecular or antigenic test performed by taking a smear for a maximum of 72 years
