If this is the Kyiv Alliance, then a normal operator. Used the services 4 times. It was. Twice to Prague-Avia. Once to Paris-Avia, and one bus to Hungary. It was 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011. There were no problems. The bus to Hungary was just perfect. Air to France, no problem. The visa was opened with a minimum of documents. I am still considering Prague for my granddaughter from the Alliance. I didn’t use services to Italy, but I considered Florence.
