She offered a refund or rebooking for a flight from Kyiv. But in my case, both options did not suit me. And if it was an intermediate flight - where would I get this compensation for the case? If I had known in advance, of course, I would have chosen other options. They got to Kyiv on their own, for their own money and with a bunch of things.
