I liked the BBQ SHARK cafe on Lamai, it is located 500-600 meters to the right along the road, if you stand with your back to McDonald's. So they have the best Tom Yum in my opinion on Lamai and simply divine cream soups (chicken, mushroom and some something) Prices are low, the atmosphere is not so hot, but Thai cuisine is on top.
