How to rent a scooter in Phuket

Good afternoon! So my husband and I decided to rent a scooter to travel around the island. Is the idea reasonable? Motobike-immediately-no, because. no driving experience. Which hotel is located between the Marina and the road (towards the South-East)?

The map shows a small hotel in the form of a bungalow in the greenery. Southeast of the Marina, but before the road. Presumably, you need to go to the sea through the Marina. I can not find its name on the maps (everything is so confusing and the information is different). They could not suggest and throw off links to more modern satellite images (otherwise the northern part of Karona, in general, is in the clouds and nothing is visible!).
