Kata Beach Resort. Greenery as usual, not such a jungle as in the Marina, but with a child it will be more convenient, in my opinion. The beach is private, which is rare, basically everything is municipal.

Thank you very much!

The cost of staying at the hotel depends on the number of nights, the number of adults and children (room type) and the date of your trip. There are special offers and discounts at the hotel. It all depends on the date and type of accommodation. If you are interested in more information, write, we will help))

this is the address of a person who lives and works in Phuket. He will always help with everything. His name is Valdemar. Contact him. In any case, he told me everything - now I advise him to all my friends.
аватар iakomka_5
Thank you!! We wrote to Waldemar 5 days ago (((But so far there is no answer. Roksolanochka is of course interested)) We were simply told at the agency that at the end of January it would cost about 192 thousand to these hotels ..... I I thought it was much cheaper, but they say I will have good discounts ... But what ..)) We will be two adults and one child 5.5 years old. If the Marina hotel is a house for three, like in a hotel, let it be a standard room, but so that of course it was normal)) Maybe there will be other hotels, just from the advice here, somehow I liked these two hotels, especially of course Marina, our family loves greenery very much, I want exotic))

iakomka_ I will send you the price on Wednesday, look, I will offer you these hotels and a couple of similar ones

Thank you very much!!!! We will wait very much!!!!

in Phuket 10 times I tried to go into the water to swim, in the end I was all bruised .. crazy waves .. just go there with a board to surf .. there is even a surf school for Russians .. mountains, observation platforms and that's it .. more than 5 days we couldn’t stand it there .. we got on a plane and in an hour we were in Pattaya ... only you can see Pi-Pi there .. well, if you are going to stay in Thailand, then this is Phuket
аватар iakomka_5
Phuket was advised to us, because the beaches there are said to be clean and good and it seems like you can see not only Phi Phi ..(((And in Patong, the city says a crap beach, of course I don’t know anything about Pattaya, but opinions are different about the rest everywhere))
аватар hot-pattaya
yes in Patong filthy)
аватар Roksolanochka
Maybe you were in Phuket out of season, since you caught crazy waves. I was in November, honestly! there were no waves at all! There was a light storm for 2 days, but in such a way that it would break my legs .... That's when I was in September, yes, the waves were so strong that it was scary to go in, it really dragged me into the ocean. Well, Pattaya, I'm not a fan. It's great to spend 2 days there, take a walk, go on excursions, shows, but swim ... except to go to the neighboring islands.
аватар hot-pattaya
in Pattaya)) we won’t name anyone)) otherwise the admins will peck me here for advertising (I have a link to the site in my profile) - 120 excursions on the site and “walk around Pattaya” is an understatement .. you won’t get around 5 times and you’ll eat .. I was in Phuket at the end of September .. the waves were just terrible .. even if there were no waves - I didn’t go there anymore .. everything is clear with Phuket)) but they don’t argue about tastes) maybe someone likes it) you have to go, to know))
аватар iakomka_5
yes, there are really a lot of different opinions))) But we decided to go to Phuket anyway))) Now we are trying to find out the prices for hotels by finding out, until more than one agency can say, as we want at the end of January .. it seems it’s too late to talk about ((If anyone else tells you, an excursion to Pee Pee and James Bond Island, are they two different excursions ?? And which one of them includes a canoe ride? Thank you))
аватар hot-pattaya
you still look at the photo and video and you can not go to Phuket)) until January you will probably learn everything))) joke)) sorry)) when I went to Thailand for the first time - I didn’t have any questions at all))))) Just the travel agency did not have vouchers to another country and we were sent to Thailand a week before departure)) That's when I took Tai as a fairy tale)))) and now tourists already know history better than guides and they are corrected on buses)))))
аватар iakomka_5
))))) I'm sorry))) It's just that I always approach rest in this way, I want to know more about everything, so that it would be interesting in the end. They wanted to go to Tai for a long time, but because of the long flight they kept putting it off .. yes, and the child was small. And then we decided all the same and there is a reason to celebrate the 30th there, so we will find out everything in advance in order to plan, it’s good that there are people who can tell .. Yes, and from the reviews we realized that in January it’s the best time to go there))
аватар hot-pattaya
yes no right, well done of course)) everything is here for this and to be there to answer or ask questions)
аватар iakomka_5
Thank you for understanding;-))))))

According to many, Phuket is similar to the Crimea (mountainous, beach), but I have not been to the Crimea, the only thing I can say is that it does not look like an island, it is very large, it is not perceived as an island, and next to the mainland, they are connected by a road bridge Saracen.

We were in Phuket at the Kata Beach Resort. in the month of February. it was our best stay ever. and food and lying by the sea and swimming with swimming. There were no waves at all. We have never had such a wonderful rest. Although we have been going to Tai for 10 years.

iakomka_5, if you learn and plan everything with such enthusiasm. My advice to you - go on your own, Thailand is not the country where you need to go with an operator. You can arrange everything yourself, book, if you have time for this, of course. The Internet has a lot of information and hotel booking sites, incl. specially focused on the Asian region, and Thailand in particular (in Russian as well).
аватар iakomka_5
Yes, we may have gone with pleasure ourselves, but there’s just no time for this ... If we flew there a second time, we would do it, but since it’s the first time, I want everything to go well. And is it bad that we all Do we recognize? In my opinion, this is exactly what the site is intended for? ((
аватар Julia_Kiev
iakomka_5, Yes, I didn’t say that it’s bad ... That’s right ... You will learn more here, it’s easier to orient yourself there ... It’s just that rest, as for me, is much more tempting and interesting if you drive on your own without mediation and reference to which somewhere ... it’s not for me to persuade you and dissuade you from the option you have chosen ... It’s just that Thailand is a country that is aimed at developing tourism (it lives off of this), i.e. there infrastructure works for tourists. Getting from any airport to the hotel is not a problem (many hotels already offer such a service as a meeting at the airport when booking a room). Somewhere here the question has already been discussed - how best to go to Tai with an operator or on your own! Read, I recommend!!!
аватар iakomka_5
To be honest, you got me interested in this !!))) But if it were detailed somewhere .. how and what to do there, then most likely they would have rushed !! But it’s just true .. it’s scary like that .. (((Never we didn’t make the rest like this on our own .. and we don’t even have a clue how to do it ((They say that it’s even cheaper to fly yourself ??)))
аватар Julia_Kiev
well, interest and desire is already 50% of the successful organization of recreation :))) read for starters here - http://blogs.turpravda.com/vovany/8310.html
or just google "to Thailand as a savage / on your own" you will find a lot of information ...
we also went to Thailand on our own for the first time, and everything went well ... and definitely cheaper .... And most importantly, more diverse ... ..
only you will need knowledge of English (elementary in order to book air tickets (for example, on the Air Asia website), if you prefer to relax not in Pattaya (taxi or bus there), but on Krabi, Phuket or the islands) ...
аватар iakomka_5
Thank you! I read that many who flew there on their own in the first days could not rent a normal hotel, then they were busy, then something else .. Of course, I would not want to shy away for 2-3 days around the country)) How can this be avoided? And upon arrival, just order a taxi to the islands, where would we like and that's it?))) oh nightmare, sorry for uploading))
аватар Julia_Kiev
We organized 80% of the rest from home ... Air from our hometown to Bangkok, flight Bangkok - Phuket with Air Asia (round trip immediately; tickets are booked and paid for by card on the site), almost all hotel reservations (some simply extended on the spot already if you liked it) ... payment for hotels depends on the policy of the hotel or the company that represents it. Some hotels immediately paid from Kyiv (also by card), some only for the 1st night, some 50% ... Ie. at the place we only organized a transfer from the airport to the hotel (there are no problems with this at all) .... and a transfer to the islands, this is also not a problem - any travel agency will tell you how to do this ... and yes, well, excursions too self-organized too ...
аватар iakomka_5
Thank you!)) But as I understand it, you can just buy tickets, and then check into hotels yourself, right? Without ordering them from here. Is it also possible? .(I don’t want to go to Bangkok (() From there, live in Pattaya for a couple of days, then to Phuket for a few days and then to Koh Samui and back to Thailand. Is such a route possible? Or is it very confused?)) And how will it come out in terms of money?)) )
