there is no wi-fi there, that’s for sure, but if you buy access at the hotel, then you catch it only on the parebrik near the funicular, it’s definitely not there in the lobby bar at 4! but to be honest, my husband and I in the Internet cafe conducted all the mail and correspondence for free. the male seller did not ask for money, but we did not offer it, they came, used it and left.
