How much money should I take with me to Berdyansk?
I want to go to Berdyansk, my husband and a child of 7 years. I don’t know how much to take with me for 10 days just for food and take a walk on the rides. Is 15-20 thousand enough or not enough? We will prepare ourselves. live with friends.

maybe that's enough.
but it's better to take more than to tighten the belt all the time and save
15 thousand is 500 dollars if I'm not mistaken. divide by ten and get 50 dollars for three for one day
see for yourself
аватар Gladkaya
Go to Bulgaria, it will take half as much money!
аватар Pachok
No frills enough.
аватар teresveta
It’s better to take another 10 tons in reserve. As a stash .... suddenly you want to eat and drink wine on parachutes and on boats and in cafes .... :-) ...

Yesterday we visited the dolphinarium: 100 hryvnia for an adult ticket, children are free. Last year we were in the Dolphinarium of Moscow where the ticket is 350 rubles. Do the math. General prices as in Russia, so consider for yourself.

We have been vacationing in Berdyansk for many years in a row. If you yourself cook at home, then this money will be enough, since the products in stores are inexpensive, it is better to buy goods in large grocery stores or supermarkets. You won’t go to the water park every day, well, go a couple of times, and the rest of the days you will relax at sea. All beaches are free. The best beaches, of course, are on the MIDDLE SPIT, minibuses go there. Parasailing is the most expensive entertainment, it is more profitable to fly a parasailing together if the total weight allows. If you plan to fly on a parachute, then count on another $ 100 to your amount. Happy holidays!

And about Bulgaria, do not forget that you need a visa to go there. Why recommend this to people? Not all people have an open Schengen visa. And it is NOT TRUE that it is cheaper in Bulgaria! In Bulgaria for two for 10 days you need MINIMUM two thousand dollars! This is without any water parks. Everything is very expensive in Bulgaria! Their 500 dollars is not enough for them even for 2 days.
аватар sandra-art
and where are these prices in Bulgaria and for what? on ldobsters?
Many people in the reviews describe in detail what is where and how much it costs. I have not seen such prices anywhere. or is it you, taking into account the purchase of a tour in a 5 * good level?
аватар Lyudmila-s-p1
And where in Bulgaria are prices below two thousand dollars for a tour for two for 10 days on a sandy beach with an air flight? Can you tell me where you can buy a family voucher for 10 days for a thousand dollars? Two thousand dollars for 10 days for two is a 3-4 * hotel HALF BOARD, that is, 2 meals a day. And this means that you still have to buy yourself soft drinks, water and some other food. And FOR EURO! Bulgaria is an expensive country. If you only go by car, having booked a villa for yourself in advance, then it will be cheaper and you can keep within 1500-2000 dollars. I know the prices, because we planned to go to Bulgaria, we looked through thousands of offers from travel agencies in advance, calculated everything and abandoned this idea. We went to Evpatoria and in 10 days spent less than 1000 dollars (we cooked it ourselves), flew by parachute, rode a jet ski, shot from a bow and so on. If you tell me WHERE specifically to buy a normal ticket to Bulgaria for a thousand dollars, then we will definitely use your advice. Apparently your friends have been there for a long time. And the prices change. Now also Turkey (a good 5* hotel on the first line costs at least $2,000), and four years ago we rested in Belek (Turkey) for $1,000
аватар sandra-art
from Donetsk to Bulgaria the prices are Nitsche than even from Kyiv.
for the month of August. Golden Sands, hotel Admiral 5 * 900 euros for two BBs from Thuy. go to the site and look at the hotel.
MARINA GRAND BEACH 5* 960 euro breakfast+dinner
from 1250 euros start for hotels on Elenite. all inclusive for two
I travel around countries in order to see the country and swim in the sea (I don’t mean the Black Sea). 2-3 stars will be enough for me in Bulgaria to just come to spend the night. so I can go to the hotel for 400 euros for two.
and for 2000 I will not go to Turkey in my life. for this money you can fly to the Philippines. to Bali, Malaysia, Thailand, etc.
Turkey's gold price for me is 400 bucks for 4*. i dont mean july-august
аватар sandra-art
I have friends in Bulgaria now, I will write to them on the social network a request to cancel the menu with prices
аватар Lyudmila-s-p1
Well, you see 960 euros and these are only breakfasts and dinners, add here more lunches and soft drinks (and this will already be a large amount!) And do not forget to add 200 euros for visas. In addition, note that the bill is not in dollars, but in euros. Now calculate the total amount and translate into dollars, while remembering that we were talking about a 10-day vacation, not 7 nights. Here you will get at least two thousand dollars. And what kind of excursions are we talking about here? To see the country (as you write). you need to have another thousand euros for excursions for two. And the hotel to "just come to spend the night" does not suit me, so I will not live in 2 *. But I don't want to offend or humiliate anyone. It’s just that someone is satisfied with a vacation without comfort, but my husband and I are not satisfied with such a vacation. Someone can live in a tent on the seashore and travel with a backpack on his back, but we prefer to relax in normal conditions. Everyone has their own requirements for rest. And the family that asked the question consists of three people, if you have not forgotten.. It is unlikely that a married couple with a child will agree to live in poor conditions and feed the child twice a day, instead of the prescribed three times. Therefore, I wrote the real price of a holiday in Bulgaria

200 euros for visas??? Why not 500 at once?
Lyudmila, why compare a normal hotel in Bulgaria with the private sector in Berdyansk and Evpatoria? Compare what is comparable. In Bulgaria, too, if you come by car, rent a house in the tenth line from the sea and cook yourself, it will turn out to be budgetary.
аватар sandra-art
Lyudmila - I do not suffer from topographic cretinism and therefore I can see Bulgaria on my own, without excursions. if Tunisia could, then Bulgaria is generally easy
my childhood passed in pioneer camps, sanatoriums and boarding houses of the Crimea. I can hardly be surprised by poor conditions. from the hotel the requirement is serviceable plumbing, a bed and normal towels and linen. in Bulgaria it is also in 3 *
I repeat that for 2000 I prefer to fly to Asia ...
аватар Lyudmila-s-p1
Because a visa for one person at a travel agency with the collection of a package of documents costs 100 euros per person, respectively 200 euros for two. And why are you talking about the Black Sea with such irony? Maybe you forgot that the best resorts in Bulgaria, such as Golden Sands and Sunny Beach, are ALSO ON THE BLACK SEA! On the SAME BLACK SEA, only from the other side. It is very strange that you do not know this! Not only have you never been to Bulgaria, but you have no idea where it is. Therefore, I consider it inappropriate to discuss with you issues in which you are not competent. I generally answered questions to people who are going to rest, and not to you. I advise you to open a map and see on which sea the most popular and famous beaches of Bulgaria are located. I am 55 years old, during my life I have vacationed at many resorts and therefore I have the moral right to give people advice (when they ask them), since I myself visited these resorts and I know about them not from someone. The Black Sea traveled all over without exception. And we often go to Berdyansk, since it is next to us, two hours by car and we can go there for the weekend without any problems. And you only seem to sunbathe at the computer and don’t even know that Bulgaria is on the Black Sea
аватар Pachok
A visa does not cost 100 euros, where does such nonsense come from? Agencies arrange for a tour for 57-65 euros, for children - 22. ONLY a visa from intermediaries can cost from 100 and more, but did you talk about a ticket?
And I repeat - compare the private sector in Berdyansk with the private sector in Bulgaria. If you take a 4 * Bulgarian hotel as an example, then take at least the Berdyansk SUN RESORT HOTEL 3 *. Compare prices.
BEHIND. And to whom was the stream of consciousness directed about the Black Sea? Here, it seems, there are no theorists, everyone is with experience, albeit younger than you.
аватар Pachok
Yes, please go to sandra-art's profile, see how many of her reviews are there, and then you will talk about the moral right to give advice :) You haven't been to Bulgaria yet either, have you? And you contradict yourself - you write that 2 * do not suit you, and right there - that you rent apartments and cook for yourself ... Do you call this comfort?
аватар Golubchik
bokova2, $50 per day for three (in case you cook yourself) should be enough. Although, of course, if possible, it is better to take with a margin. Suddenly you want to try something like that or take a ride on an excursion? Have a nice holiday :)
Regarding Bulgaria, let me add: in July 2011, we rested in Sozopol, in a 3 * hotel for 800 euros for 2 weeks with an air flight without meals. For 2 weeks we spent about 600 euros more (taking into account food - we practically didn’t prepare trips around the country on our own). A visa at that time cost 35 euros / person.
Of course, rest in Berdyansk is still more budgetary, at least at the expense of accommodation (since you don’t need to pay for it). But to call Bulgaria an expensive country, I can’t turn my tongue))) I actively recommend it to friends and acquaintances precisely for an inexpensive vacation in comfortable conditions we are talking about rest in the same price category).
I hope I didn't offend anyone, and my comment will be useful. Have a nice rest!
аватар sandra-art
Lyudmila on the other side is Istanbul!!! and the resorts of Bulgaria are on the same side as the Crimea. strange that you didn't know that.
I repeat again that I do not consider a vacation on the Black Sea and THEREFORE I see Bulgaria as an independent excursion tour, with a stop in Romania.
I don’t know where they took 100 euros from you per person, I’m sorry, but they were bred like suckers. the cost of a visa from this year is 35 euros + 22 euros for visa center services. before it was just 35 euros.

I answer immediately to all those who like to argue. I just answered the specific question of a specific FAMILY OF THREE people whether 15,000 rubles (which is only $ 500) will be enough for them for food and entertainment in Berdyansk for 10 days. I answered because I have been there many times. And of course Gladkaya's advice surprised me, I quote her advice verbatim: "Go to Bulgaria, it will take half as much money." In Bulgaria, a family of three will spend less than $500 in 10 days? Well, this is generally nonsense! I have already given you this year's prices for holidays in Bulgaria, I remember them by heart, as we were interested in holidays in Bulgaria. And how can one advise people about Bulgaria when they expect to meet the sum of 500 dollars? Of course, the service in a good hotel in Bulgaria is higher than the service in the Crimea. That is why I wanted to go there and did not go just after the calculations of what these 10 days in Bulgaria would result in. Although there are VERY good hotels in Crimea. But after all the question was about rest for 500 dollars. Remember this, dear ladies. And no one bred us like suckers, the cost of a visa is 35 euros + 22 euros for the services of a visa center - this is if you have all the necessary package of documents, otherwise 100 euros for collecting the necessary documents

visa to Bulgaria FOR ADULTS:
1. Foreign passport.
2. Questionnaire of the Bulgarian Consulate (Application Form)
3. 2 (two) color photographs
4. A copy of the first page of the foreign passport and all visas for the last three years.
5. Copy of the pages of the internal passport
FOR PENSIONERS:
1. copy of pension certificate; Sample()
2. original certificate from the pension fund on the accrual of pensions for the last 6 months;
Excuse me Lyudmila, but which of the listed documents you could not collect personally? Why is there a surcharge of 50 euros per person?

And my last answer to parting about housing in resorts. I would prefer a nice separate comfortable apartment with amenities and all household appliances (fortunately now there are many such apartments for rent in any resort town), where no one bothers and I feel at home, rest in some 2 * hotel where there is no air conditioning, collapsed furniture, hundred-year-old rusty plumbing, cockroaches running around and drunk lovers of cheap hotels harping all night long. I have never gone to such hotels and will not go, I read only terrible reviews about them. We rested in Belek in 5 * buffet and all inclusive. The Turpravda website has our review of this hotel and many of our photos. And I prefer to cook on vacation myself, since I am on a strict diet. It is not difficult for me to cook and eat what I want, and not what they will give in a cheap hotel. I wish you all a good holiday! But people should not be advised to go with 500 dollars for a family of 3 to Bulgaria. Bulgaria is cheap compared to exotic islands, but expensive compared to Berdyansk. In Berdyansk, they will buy ice cream for a child for 5 hryvnias (that is, 2 ice creams for one euro). Not only rich people have the right to rest.

Lyudmila-s-p1, You wrote so much about yourself and your preferences that you completely forgot about the author of the question and his preferences!
And they wrote - We will cook ourselves. Live with friends.
The choice of these people is the private sector. In this case, Berdyansk. That's why the private sector in Bulgaria is worse? It's another matter, that's how they are right now and will break into the unknown if they have friends in Berdyansk)))
Quote-If you only go by car, having booked a villa in advance, then it will be cheaper and you can meet the 1500-2000 dollars.
Are you talking about Bulgaria? And about what period? My husband and I have not yet got a single trip by car for 10-14 days for 1500 euros, only not in Bulgaria, but in Holland, Belgium, France and other not the cheapest countries in Europe. Probably a miracle ;-)
аватар hatinka
And in general, they asked a month ago)))))) Maybe they already had a rest in Berdyansk, and we are breaking spears here)))
