I live in Kyiv, so I can say with confidence that it is absolutely safe. There are no robberies and other nonsense. Don't trust TV! The only thing I read is that many hotels and expensive restaurants are closed due to the lack of rich customers :) but I'm sure this will not hurt to enjoy the atmosphere of Kyiv. An embankment is being completed on Podol, in the evening you can take a walk with a view of the Dnieper) Come!
