Hello!!! Worth a trip!! A little about it: Luzanovka is one of the resort microdistricts in Odessa, located near the sea and is part of the Suvorov district. From the southwest, the microdistrict is bounded by Academician Veksler Lane, from the west - by the railway, and from the northeast - by Shtilevaya Street
On the territory of the Luzanovsky massif and the hydropark there are a number of hotel complexes and recreation centers (“Pavlov’s House”, “Oasis”, “Cowboy”, “Priboy”, “Vzmorye”, “Malibu”), as well as many restaurants and entertainment facilities.
The beach "Luzanovka" is at the same time the youngest and largest beach in Odessa. Its length reaches 1.4 km. The main distinguishing feature of Luzanovka is the open sea. In addition, the beach is located almost on the same level with the city at a slight distance from public transport (250 m from the bus stop to the sand). It is also one of the few natural beaches in the city (in the center, most are artificial), there are no breakwaters or piers here.

A park stretches along the entire beach, where Odessans usually have picnics in the shade of trees. The beach offers a beautiful view of the city center. This beach is most popular among the residents of the Kotovsky Village - it is closest to them to get to Luzanovka.
Like other beaches in Odessa, Luzanovka has a rescue station, a first-aid post and a police station. For outdoor enthusiasts there are water slides, swings and carousels. In recent years, the beach has gained great popularity as a hot spot - the focus of restaurants and nightclubs - and begins to compete with Arcadia, which is favorably affected by significantly lower prices, I tell you as a travel agent

So decide. especially for the summer season people come from all over Ukraine to relax and sunbathe.

By the way, Luzanovka is the only natural beach in Odessa.

And that no one writes that it is impossible to sleep here because of the metallic gnash of sounds from the railway station

The area is just awful! Everything is dirty, the roads are broken. The ruins of houses around the hotel, dorms, construction, railway dogora gnashes constantly. Lots of stray cats and dogs. Suspended heating mains stretch along the streets. It's scary to go late at night. And the beach is really very good, the shell rock is small and the width pleases.

Well, nah her! And me with her. The mosquito bites, it’s normal to sleep in general something from the realm of fantasy! The streets are not lit, there are a lot of dogs, but bitches @ the worst thing is mosquitoes and freight trains outside the window. Of the pleasant, only the proximity of the sea, which was fucking spoiled by jellyfish the size of a man's head, stinging like wasps. Well, yes, the lack of a descent and the proximity of the beach is cool, but I don’t, no more. Right now 5:11 has not slept yet. I sit and read
reviews and want to kill those who advised this hole. That's all..

The beach is excellent. Restaurants along the coast are not bad, the park and attractions are all super. But housing... It's scary. We were looking for the most expensive and clean apartment, with a good repair, because our baby did not walk then, he crawled everywhere. We were all pointed to one apartment - that it is the best. That's horrible. I am not spoiled, and did not expect the author's design. But gryaaaaaaaaaaaa. Greasy huge stains on the walls, holes in the curtains, a rusty shower. And this is for 50 euros per day!!! At night, a terrible rattle, from trains, cars change something.

We rested in Luzanovka in July 2017 - the sea was great, without jellyfish. The beach is also very good, wide sandy, there are sun loungers with an umbrella for rent, there are a lot of cafes on the shore for every pocket. I advise you to live not in an apartment, but in a mini-hotel "oasis" there are air-conditioned rooms, so the windows are closed at night - because of which you can't hear the noise of the railway and mosquitoes don't torment you. Beach across the road. To the center of Odessa 30 minutes.

It sucks, it’s far to go to the center, the buses are full, the beach is terrible, everything is dirty, the jellyfish are huge, don’t put your foot in this hole again!!!!!

In Luzanovka, you need to relax in Malibu. Luxuriously. Waiters run along the beach with a hookah and delicious food right to the sun lounger. Young eagles sweep the pavement so that the legs do not burn all day. You feel like a king. etc. to the center by taxi 10 min.
Only there are no expensive large apartments. There are new ones, but all the hotels are good for two. And there is really a rattle from the sorting room. Turn on the air conditioner, close the window and order. There is a Raptor from mosquitoes.
