Why after returning from Turkey are forced to put "Action" or take a test?
Officially, Turkey is in a deep green zone for Ukraine. But this is not the first time I have heard that after arrival I am still forced to put an application and go for self-isolation or take a test. On what grounds?

Information as of 28.08.2020. Upon arrival from Turkey, simply ask the border control of Ukraine at the airport home address and all. So far, no self-isolation, PCR test, application "Action at home " on arrival is not required. Those who spread various rumors simply did not actually arrive from Turkey. What will happen next, the travel agent will be notified in case of changes.

Ask those who were forced from your words. None of the acquaintances who returned from Turkey have yet been put on diya, much less required to take a test. It was with Egypt up to a certain point, and Turkey is in the green zone, at least for today for sure.
аватар lupanarius
my_contact, I asked. Yes, they were told it was mandatory. The agent from whom she took the tour said that this was not the first time she heard this from tourists who returned. That's what I wanted to clarify
аватар Veronika7081
lupanarius. That travel agent is incompetent. He should not collect rumors, but have only official information. And it is he who must provide it to the client, not spread sensitivity.
аватар moy_contakt
I suppose that perhaps tourists from Russia? Well, you don’t need to, the tourist will find out on the plane, when about an hour before landing, the flight attendants begin to tell everyone that you are returning from the red zone, so you need to download the program upon landing, etc., they will tell you everything there. If nothing like this happens, then everything is OK.
аватар moy_contakt
I will add that today any tourist traveling outside of Ukraine should be prepared for the fact that upon arrival it turns out that he needs to install a diy or pass a test, since the country from which he arrived entered the red zone. And to know that the diy has been installed, but 48 hours are given (during this period you are not controlled until you stop at the place where you will self-isolate) and in these 48 hours you take the test, go to your home, etc. But this time is counted in the period of self-isolation (tested on myself). You will be asked every 30 minutes by diya that like hurry up, but you have 48 hours, so don't panic. Well, to take the test or sit for 14 days, this is up to everyone to decide for themselves. My husband took the test, I sat with the children (by the way, they were not controlled by anyone) and walked, went to the store, and so on.

moy_contakt, no, tourists from Kyiv returned to Kyiv. And I understand that you need to be prepared for everything, but I don’t understand why the border guards violate the laws, forcing people to install the application and take tests if the country is officially in the green zone.
Veronika7081, I do not agree. These are not rumors, some tourists actually made such demands.

Agency "One Grandmother Said". I myself returned from Turkey this summer, but I didn’t hear the app, self-isolation, or the test. The border guards recorded the data - that's all.
Realistically, it can only be if someone from the flight was found to have a virus. Probability 0.05%.
аватар Veronika7081
lupanarius. What do you disagree with? You had personal experience of arrival in July-August 2020. From Turkey to Ukraine? I'm small. What is the topic!
аватар lupanarius
Veronika7081, I wrote that my friends returned the other day, they were forced to install the application or take tests. On the border. in Borispol. What are the rumors?
аватар Veronika7081
lupanarius. So there is a suspicion that there is a person on the plane with a suspicion of covid. There are no other options.
аватар Vika284
I was also in Turkey, I returned recently, they didn’t force me to put anything, without buying a tour, on my own

On July 1, Turkey opened the borders for Ukraine. After arriving there, Ukrainians are not required to undergo self-isolation or testing for COVID-19, but must have an insurance policy with them that will cover the costs in case of infection with coronavirus. The test may be required to be taken at the airport selectively, if a high temperature is detected.
аватар Veronika7081
mindguru. With a high temperature, in theory, should not allow the board. Therefore, it is not clear what happened to these friends of the author of the post.

lupanarius this season rested twice in Egypt. And for the first time I returned from it as from the red zone and passed the test, self-isolation. The second time the ube was in the green zone, they handed over nothing, without installing the program, at passport control they asked for a phone number and address of actual residence, I clarified for what, they answered in case someone was on the plane .... Either your friends are cunning and not in They were Turkey, or they are so eager to see you, and here is an iron excuse-self-isolation :)
аватар mindguru
Veronika7081, if the temperature rose on board (someone just drank too much), then the described situation is quite possible. But the odds are one in a million.
moy_contakt, it's much easier to crap everyone on the forum without understanding the situation (I'm talking about the topic starter, don't think about it).
аватар vezha2
My brother recently returned from Side, no one forced him to do any tests. Dia was also not forced to play.
If your friends have a fever on board, then another story.
аватар mindguru
For some reason, immediately automatic conclusion that the border guards violate the laws. Rave.
аватар moy_contakt
If the temperature on board has risen... I will reveal a little secret of our return. The last evening of our stay, my son had a fever. At that time, they did not understand what was the reason, but this is not the point. About years next day at 15 o'clock transfer. In the morning the temperature was normal, by the time of departure it was 37.2 (I didn’t knock down), but I was worried that if they measured it somewhere ... In vain, neither at the airport, nor upon arrival in Borispol, nor when boarding the plane .... I’m nervous the soil on the plane jumped under 38 (just in case, I drank paracytomol). We arrived home and everything was ok (my son's ear got a little inflamed, but he realized this already on the plane). But the bottom line is that no one measured anything anywhere ..... Perhaps if the tourists themselves said that they were ill, etc. ... But I doubt that our people know how to help themselves in such a situation and what such statements are fraught with .. ..
аватар lupanarius
mindguru, no need to be nervous. I didn't offend anyone in this thread. I know very well about the official conditions of entry and exit. The experience of those who came across / did not come across was interesting. Everyone is so nervous, a nightmare) Have a nice day
аватар moy_contakt
lupanarius if you specify the date of return of your friends, the airport and the tour operator, then I will tell you for sure whether there was a similar situation specifically on this board or not. The TA through which I buy package tours puts its tourists on almost every board (there are few of them now), and when I told about the described situation, they were very surprised and claim that there was nothing like this upon returning from Turkey, but they don’t selectively sit on diya, or the whole plane, or no one. And this would definitely be known. Here is the situation when the plane flew in from the red zone (it was Egypt), but they didn’t put people on the diya, but they let it go in peace, because that day the diya just didn’t work for more than a day, this is a 100% fact.
аватар moy_contakt
lupanarius, here's your headline alleging illegal actions by passport control staff! Quote: Why after returning from Turkey are forced to put "Action " or take a test? That is, you personally were not in this situation, but you have heard and stated. Well, you have a lot of answers from people that no one violates anything, but it is possible that there was a situation in which it could be. But again, you write that you have heard this from several people, then if such a situation really took place, it was people from one plane, or rumors ... One said, the other repeated.
аватар mindguru
lupanarius, no need to be rude. You wrote that the border guards are breaking the law. This conclusion is unfounded and incorrect. And also trying to prove everyone here that they are wrong. Who is nervous?
аватар zolyshka111
An acquaintance returned from the Crimea a few days ago. So our border guards for 1000 UAH said that in a couple of days they would remove him from Diya and there was no need for any self-isolation. Although he passed the test in Kyiv. Here are the things.
аватар moy_contakt
zolyshka111 a strange friend, why did you take the test if you paid 1000 UAH ??? For the type of removal from the diy ?? (although they definitely can’t do this, everything works differently there now, unless you don’t bet on it at all.
аватар zolyshka111
moy_contakt, mixed up, most likely, probably in general, so as not to bet on Dia.
аватар AllOverTheWorld
zolyshka111, and I know such cases that you really can not sit on self-isolation .....
our country cannot be defeated
аватар jul66
The day before yesterday we returned, no one forced anything. The temperature was measured at the entrance, then - the usual passport control and that's it.
аватар cgistalker
Upon the return of the Ukrainians from Turkey, Diya is not forced to play.
аватар spezkot
22.08 friends flew in from Antalya. At passport control, they recorded their home address and contact phone number. Everything. No tests, no apps, nothing. I am monitoring the situation. We hope to visit Turkey in October.
