If you are traveling through the land border and NOT through the Crimea, then you need to:
1. A copy of the mother's passport, a citizen of the Russian Federation
2. Your birth certificate.
3. A copy of your mother's marriage certificate, if she has changed her last name since you were born.
4. Your international passport.
Copies do not need to be certified or translated.
