There is no such country "lnr". If you are a citizen of Ukraine, then you must have a Ukrainian passport. Get a biometric and fly from Ukraine to Turkey. Back the same way.

What difference does it make what your registration is and from which country you are flying to. Having a passport of Ukraine, you can fly from any country in the world to any country in the world. (we are not talking about visas, of course)

Elenka08, I have no idea, I'm not a border guard. But it would be logical to assume, for example, that a permanent resident of the LPR/DPR will enter from these territories, and not from the rest of Ukraine. Maybe they have some other documents in use that confirm permanent residence.
