As a rule, the bank must issue you a certificate stating that it allows the car to leave the homeland (in my case, Ukraine). Banks, as a rule, "make" such a certificate for several days, sometimes they ask to provide a car.
And, of course, if there are debts, then such a certificate may not be given.
But! For 3 years, we have never (!!!) asked for this certificate anywhere. Although at first we honestly did it. Then they scored.
Departures were: through Poland (3 times), Hungary (2 times), Moldova (1 time), Belarus (2 times), Slovakia (1 time).
Document checks / fines were in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia, Poland.
