As a rule, the bank must issue you a certificate stating that it allows the car to leave the homeland (in my case, Ukraine). Banks, as a rule, "make" such a certificate for several days, sometimes they ask to provide a car.

But! For 3 years, we have never (!!!) asked for this certificate anywhere. Although at first we honestly did it. Then they scored.
