For citizens of Ukraine - a tourist visa is issued for 90 days, multiple entries, i.е. you can enter several times in a period of 180 days (from the moment of obtaining a visa), but the total stay is 90 days. Costs $30 (September 2010 data);
in 2009 it was 60 days, in 2008 - 30 (but it cost less).
P.S. Sometimes cunning Turks take 30 bucks, and paste a visa for 20 (for citizens of the Russian Federation), so they pasted it to my wife. But on the passport they did not pay attention to this.
