i am a citizen of turkmenistan studying in ukraine i have registration here until 2013 i now decided to go to turkey to have a rest and then go to turkmenistan i wonder if i go to turkey and then to turkmenistan i will get a visa in turkey or i will be deported!!! ???? please help

Since you have a passport of Turkmenistan, entry into Turkey is regulated by an agreement on the visa regime of these two countries. Check with the Turkish embassy in Kyiv, most likely you will not be issued a visa upon arrival.
