Yes, the weather is unpredictable. I once happened to be in Svalyava, Transcarpathian region (sanatorium "Kvitka Polonini"). The sanatorium, despite the profile and the lack of water during the day, was very decent. But the weather, alas. In late September and early October, it rained like a pipe.
