You have tickets Odessa-Warsaw-Odessa, there is a hotel reservation in Poland.
You cross the Polish (Schengen) border in Warsaw. From Warsaw you fly to Amsterdam (this is all the Schengen zone) and no one in Amsterdam puts any marks. Then you return to Warsaw and safely fly home without violating the visa regime.
You must have separate tickets:
Odessa-Warsaw-Odessa; Warsaw-Amsterdam-Warsaw
