Вас все равно не выпустят-установят личность или не установят. Если установят, то не выпустят, а предъявят обвинения, а далее будет решаться вопрос о том, будут ли судить на месте или сначала депортировать на Вашу родину для судебного разбирательства там. Но никто выпускать Вас не будет! Просто у Вас будет меняться статус. Ну и алгоритм того, как, куда, за чей счет, в какие сроки Вас депортируют-зависит от Вашего гражданства и от страны, откуда Вас депортируют.
Если Ваша личность не будет установлена, то Вы будете находиться в ближайшем приемнике-распеделителе и с Вами постоянно будут "общаться" на предмет выяснения Вашей личности. Иногда месяц, иногда пол года. Больше года-очень вряд ли.
И только потом, если никак не могут установить Вашу личность и гражданство(а соответственно и то, что же Вы нарушили и в какой мере), Вам выдается справка, о том, что Вам разрешено находиться в этой стране. Но тогда, за границу Вас не выпустят!

And a couple more points:
- You will violate the laws of at least two countries if you are going to move illegally. Of course, they can catch it earlier, at any stage - they made their way through both, through one, they didn’t have time at all, etc.
-If you are ready for such a violation, then apparently you are trying to hide a crime for which the punishment is even greater than for illegally crossing state borders. And you're lying about losing your passport ;-)
