At the railway station every 15-30 minutes go Sky Bus, go 40 minutes to Boryspil airport. Price 25 UAH/person. Very convenient and comfortable

Из самого города Борисполь ходит городской автобус в аэропорт, но возможно в 22 часа его уже не будет.
Возможно есть и маршрутки, но в такое время про них не уверен.
Сам аэропорт находится в 5 км от центральной улицы Борисполя, поэтому советую воспользоваться такси или частниками. Такая поездка выйдет максимум гривен 20.
Борисполь - небольшой городок, расположенный вдоль трассы Киев-Харьков, которая и есть центральной улицей. Заблудится не получится и бояться там нечего - городок тихий и мирный.
