То есть вы можете выезжать из Украины в Россию без сопровождения взрослых. Но поехать вопреки родительской воле не получится: вам необходимо иметь нотариально заверенное согласие о пересечении вами границы от обоих ваших родителей. Так как вам еще не исполнилось 18 лет, в соответствии со статьей 6 Семейного кодекса Украины вы считаетесь ребенком, и для пересечения границы вам необходимо оформить заграничный паспорт. Для поездки в Россию внутреннего паспорта недостаточно.
