Join Up has problems not only with flight rescheduling. They are absolutely rude to tourists. The tourist pays for 12 nights at the hotel, - in fact, the tour operator pays for 9 nights and confronts the fact that "your flight is postponed to an early date, please provide a room." Compensation is paid - 29u. e. per day. So this year, our friend with a child on vacation in Egypt, Join Up was thrown out of the hotel. They picked up some poor fellows from different hotels, brought them to the airport - and then the accompanying guide dumped, and for 40 minutes people stuck out in the heat with suitcases and children, on the street, because they were not allowed into the airport building. Because the TO did not bother to transfer the lists of passengers for departure on that day. Okay, damn it, you have a force majeure - and you urgently need to fill the board, for this you are ahead of schedule disrupting tourists from vacation. But, blah, strain and print a list of passengers for departure is it really so difficult? After these poor souls finally contacted the Joint Apa office in Egypt and were allowed to enter the airport, the show continued at the front desk. Less than an hour until the end of boarding - and people are not registered - they are not on the lists for departure, their vouchers have a different date! IMHO: Join Up to the answer!
