I always fly with Anex Tour and have never had any problems. Although every tour operator has its negative points. Anex Tour has a "minus" - these are surcharges for departure. Someone has a lot more of these "minuses" than "pluses" Who is lucky!.

But near the Danube and the pool in the yard. Everyone's favorite Accord. Air France and the Netherlands, a lot of different buses. All recruited, all with good hotels. At the moment, when this happened, all borders were closed, we had a tour booked and 100% paid in advance from Anex to Phuket on March 31st. It is clear that the tour did not take place. There were doubts about how to rebook the tour without loss and to which country, the euro exchange rate has grown a lot, they are not at all ready to pay extra and fly even more money. Return in case of force majeure is not provided for in the contract. They can generally throw. In December 2017, they wanted to take a tour to Nettuno in Belarus. TA makes a request - TPG answers - everything is OK, the tour is available for booking. TA sends a booking request and says - come to checkout. I change the currency (I bought 2 tours at the same time, one from Pegasus, the second and TPG) for the hryvnia and I come. And then comes the rejection of TPG and the swing begins. TPG suddenly declares that the tour with the selected UIA flight is impossible - only AlItalia and you have to pay another 75 euros per person. OK, they agree to pay extra, TA makes a request for the relevance of the tour, TPG confirms the relevance, but when sending a booking request, it was again refused. TA again contacts TPG - they again offer a flight with UIA, again confirm the relevance of the tour, but again they refuse to book ...

The best Coral Travel and TUI, they never had overlaps and transfers of flights in package tours, the service on the tour is at its best, but the price is higher than in other TOs. The worst TPG, liars, sell good flights when booking, and then steal a day of the tour on rescheduling flights ... At least you know what to expect from Anex, reduced prices = bad flights.
