You can get there by bus, they are right next to the railway. there are stations, Ivano-Frankivsk - Uzhgorod or Mukachevo, maybe there are some more. We got there by taxi for an hour and a half for 350 UAH, if memory serves. We went back by bus, it passes right next to the sanatorium, we found out the schedule at the reception, it is much cheaper, but much longer, it stops in almost every village along the way and in Yaremche it costs about 15 minutes.
