Fortetsya is a very good place, especially against the backdrop of the general low development of the city. Comfortable, cozy, inexpensive. There are never too many people - few people know about this hotel, and it is located not so close to the arboretum. I was there 2 times, they took 2 rooms of the category "economy suite", it cost within 200 UAH. You can pay extra for breakfast (and it is desirable, since it is not so easy to find a decent cafe in Uman). In general, I recommend!
