Hotel Sofievsky 3* (tel. +38 (04744) 4-04-95 or 3-35-27) is not the best option to stay, as of my opinion... It is very close to the park, but the service is not very good, I'd rather say it's Soviet service... The hotel belongs to the Soviyevka Park itself, so it looks like it doesn't have an official separate site. To be sure it is better to book the hotel via telephone.
