If you are traveling in season to relax by the sea, then you need to take another hotel. This one is far from the beach. There are a lot of people on the beaches of Nessebar during the season, sunbeds and umbrellas are expensive. Food in the New Town is inexpensive, restaurants in the Old Town are expensive. There are places to go in Nessebar, the city itself is an open-air museum. What month are you traveling and what are your priorities? I don’t know the hotel, but I have been to Nessebar many times - in my opinion a good place is especially in September. There is always a place to take a walk, the old city is just a fairy tale, especially when there are already fewer tourists. It is better to take only breakfast in a hotel. There are cafes on every corner, usually food in hotels is more expensive.

If you are traveling in early September, then Nessebar is what you need. After September 28, there are very few people, the sea and air are almost the same temperature, prices are not high. When there was a question about holidays with children, I did not advise. But, thinking that you are going in September, maybe it will be good for you.
