From Odessa I went to Nessebar through the Romanian Constanta "Marshal Koshevoy". A one-way cruise cost something around 200 euros / person. But you can find out reliable information only at the seaport of Odessa. It's still too early - at the end of April-beginning of May, I think, there will be a schedule.
