In Dobruja - I do not advise, this is an old, huge hotel, rather a business hotel, not on the beach. Of the hotels in Albena are not bad: Gergana, Laguna Mare, Kaliakra. Albena has a good all-inclusive, and umbrellas + sun loungers are free. The Dunes is a more modern resort, newer hotels. As for me, it’s better for you and your mother to go to Albena, and book as early as possible, during the season there are no places in Albena at all, and the Dunes are unrealistically more expensive.

I do not recommend Elenite. Albena is better, IMHO .... Also, see the Sunny Day resort - next to the resort of St. Constantine and Elena. Sunny Day is a complex of 4 hotels, before only government bigwigs rested there. The advantage is that there are few people on the beach, there are a lot of divisions around, and if you need entertainment, go to the neighboring resort.
