Sunset Resort is not located on the Pomorie peninsula, but in the new part of the town, at its very beginning when driving from the airport. There were no cafes in the year when we rested there. On the other side of the hotel was just a wasteland. There are restaurants only in neighboring hotels, and in Sunset itself. So it's probably better to take half board. This is not Sunny Beach, where there are cafes at every turn. Although maybe something has changed in 5 years.

And I wouldn’t go to the New Town in Pomorie at all. There are only expensive hotels and village houses. Another thing is the Old City. This is considered the center of Pomorie. It is full of inexpensive restaurants, both in the city and on the waterfront. There are places to walk. I love the Old City. Of course Sunset Resort 5* is a good hotel. I don't know the price, but I'm guessing it's expensive. In this case, in the Old Town there is a wonderful hotel Grand Hotel Pomorie, of the same type. And there are cheaper options. In Sunny Beach, although noisy, there are some excellent hotels in a quieter area.
